Can we start with a sketch or a concept?
Yes. Share your sketch, reference images or original character idea. We can discuss the design direction, materials and sample development needed to move it forward.
Do you offer OEM and ODM development?
WEIMEI supports both. We can discuss production based on your existing design, or help develop the product from a brief through design and sampling.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Order requirements depend on the product, materials, construction and tooling. Share your intended quantity so we can review the project and discuss suitable options.
How long do sampling and production take?
Timing depends on design complexity, materials, sample revisions and the production schedule. The sample plan and expected lead times are discussed with your quotation.
Can you customize labels and packaging?
Yes. Share your branding and presentation needs. Label, hang-tag and packaging options can be reviewed together with the product specification.
How are testing requirements handled?
